At AlfaLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read through our returns and refunds policy to understand how we handle different situations.

Refunds for Change of Mind

We encourage you to choose your items carefully as we do not typically offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you've purchased the wrong item or changed your mind, we’re happy to provide an exchange. For more information, please refer to the Exchange for Change of Mind section below.

Exchange for Change of Mind

If you'd like to exchange an item, please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and your preferred item. We'll get back to you with instructions on how to return your purchase.


To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition (unused, with tags attached).
- Items must be in their original packaging (box or bag).

Please note that for change of mind exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipping. Any costs incurred for return delivery are non-refundable.

Returns

You may return items to us via tracked postage or courier within 30 days. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full responsibility if the item is not received by us, and it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in brand new, unused condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

If the item is not returned in brand new condition, we will return it to you once you cover the cost of redelivery. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, for exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement product back to you.

Cancellations

Please select your items carefully, as we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
