Warranty Information

At AlfaLab, we are dedicated to providing top-quality 4x4 accessories and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty applies to the original buyer of products purchased new from authorised AlfaLab stores, resellers, or distributors. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below the specified limits set by AlfaLab. This warranty is non-transferable and begins from the date of retail purchase.

Warranty Coverage

If your product is found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues, AlfaLab will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product. The decision to repair or replace will be made after inspection by an authorised AlfaLab representative, who will determine if the claim is valid. All warranty claims must be submitted through the original purchasing store, unless otherwise arranged. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request.

Important Notes

- Products may need to be returned to AlfaLab for assessment or repair. Please note that postage and removal costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, assistance may be offered at AlfaLab's discretion if the claim is verified as legitimate.

Warranty exclusions: This warranty does NOT apply if:

1. The product shows signs of neglect or misuse.
2. The product has been modified or altered.
3. The product is used in vehicles that are modified or not recommended for its use.
4. The product is used in racing or competition without AlfaLab's prior consent.
5. The product is used beyond the expectations set by the original vehicle manufacturer.

Please ensure that the correct parts are ordered for your application. AlfaLab is not responsible for incorrect part orders, and any return of unused items will incur a 15% restocking fee if AlfaLab is not at fault. The return of used or soiled products, outside the warranty period or without fault, will result in the claim being refused and returned at the buyer’s expense. Any damage caused by incorrect fitment is not covered under this warranty.

Fitting and Installation

For best results, installation of AlfaLab products should be carried out by an authorised or licensed mechanic experienced in 4x4 accessory installations. Some products may require special tools for proper installation. Damage caused by incorrect fitment or installation with non-genuine AlfaLab or manufacturer components will void the warranty.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for all AlfaLab products is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Statutory Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major product failures and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage related to the failure. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, even if the failure is not major.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your AlfaLab product, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. Include your order number (located on your invoice) and a detailed description of the issue. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. For faulty products, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (if available).
